The forms require individual users to enter personal and or company contact information and location (county) of job site. The users browser, version, operating system and the page the information request form is located at are also recorded when a user submits the form. Other information may be provided by an individual user at their sole discretion via our web form(s).

Playgroundpros.com does not personally track IP addresses. Any referring agent (search engine) and search terms used, if any, are recorded on entry to our site but this information is not personally identifiable or recorded in conjunction with any personal information provided by an individual user.

The information may be stored by our main office staff and-or field representatives to further contact requested by the individual user, or shared with a third party that the individual user has requested information regarding, in order to update the individual user of new product offerings or new information.

No personal information is rented or sold to third parties. Any sharing of information with third parties will be at the request of the user submitting the information. Two examples of such sharing:
1) A user requests All About Play to locate information on their playset from the manufacturer. All About Play would then need to share information with a third party (the manufacturer), some of this information may have been collected on our internet website.
2) A user requests All About Play to send them a catalog of products using our website information request form. All About Play may forward this request to the manufacturer for the purpose of filling the users request(s).

Our organization’s commitment to data security.
None of the information collected via our web forms are stored on our public web server, nor is the information available to any third parties via our website. General information is stored by our website statistics database, this information is not individually identifiable in nature and is generally stored by any web server as you visit the sites on which websites are located.

All About Play, being in the business of providing play and other equipment for children, understands the special privacy requirements of children. Our request information form, located here is the only public area on Playgroundpros.com where individually identifiable information is collected. It is clearly stated that “If you are UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, you need permission from your parent, legal guardian or teacher to complete this form.” Any information that is inadvertently submitted by a child under the age of 13 will be discarded as soon as this error is discovered unless the parent, legal guardian, or teacher of the child requests us to do differently.
